It's the new year, and I'm excited to get going! I thought I might start out the year talking a little bit about behaviorism and behavioral strategies for helping children with communication. How could you use some practical ABA ideas at home? It could be fun to employ some ABA ideas in natural contexts like the home. According to information on the website asha.org, communication is a fairly fluid target and so might be harder to target using ABA methods, though it's still doable.
